SLUMLORDS!!

This blog thread posted by the Irving Inquisition uses some explicit language, as well as depicting some aspects of life in North Minneapolis that some readers may find objectionable. Reader discretion is advised.
1st Up: The First “Who’s Slummier” Competition
There are a lot of slumlords in North Minneapolis. Well, they’re not actually “in North Minneapolis”, their properties are. Usually the slumlords owning properties here live far, far away. The first pick that I want to talk about are Keith Reitman and Mahmood Khan. Both of these men own a large number of properties, Reitman owns 24, and Khan owns 38 respectively. In a game of pure numbers Khan wins; plus murder number 30 for the year took place at one of Khan’s properties. However, don’t underestimate Reitman’s slumminess. A couple years back, a thug rammed his SUV into Reitman’s building at 1415 West Broadway. He covered the hole with plywood, took the insurance money, and called it a day. The property was seized by the city because Reitman didn’t pay property taxes on it. Earlier this year Reitman’s girl friend, Carole Cera, bought the property for pennies on the dollar… Nice.

Jerk Du Jour: Stalkers
The picture you see below is from the JHG blog. The angle of the picture is such that the person taking it would have had to been on my property to take the picture. Yes, admittedly this is one of the less attractive pieces to my house… But hey, that’s going away real soon once the glass block windows get put in later this month! Jordan Hawkman—Don Allen and some thug-hugging friends—seems to think that having a cosmetic issue, on a house somebody is fixing up, instantly makes them a hypocrite for calling out thugs and slumlords. Somebody was standing real close to my house to get that picture, and while that isn’t the end of the world it doesn’t make sense that they would dig so much to try and find something wrong with the house when it’s obvious that upgrades are in progress. Jordan Hawkman Group—NONE of these people actually LIVE in Jordan—seems content to stalk me and three other people; throw shit up on their site three times a day, and attempt to make it sound as if they’ve “exposed the revitalizers for being the hypocrites that they really are” and tout it as a success. Seriously, JHG, you guys talk about the same people all day every day. You’re so desperate to find something to say that you literally stalk people.

Slight correction, the homicide #30 did not take place at Khan's property, it took place at Old Colony. The suspect was apprehended at Khan's property. Probably hiding out with some family member or acquaintance.
The stalkers don't realize that their names and credibility is so far off the scale of craziness that they actually make us more important than if they just ignored what we do. They've made us into the celebrities of NoMi. Sort of a mentality of "oh, if those crazy people hate the revitalizers, then i really support the revitalizers". Thanks stalkers for reinforcing the revitalizing cause! All the publicity helps our momentum.
Congrats on being the first blog to link Reitman to Carol Cera, known to be his girlfriend, and also known to be the person who bought one of his properties after it went to tax forfeiture. Your blog is breaking new ground every day and I salute you.

I believe Hawthorne Hawkman has mentioned this once or twice on JNS also.
Revitalizers, we're not alone! Never forget that the stuff we are dealing with is happening all over the country! Keep on doing it!
Keith Reitman also goes by Dave Reitman, at least it appears that way for his Jewish community endeavors.
I can see how you might not like Pete Rickmeyer, Khan or Reitman, but don't you think it is a little hypocritical to complain about stalkers in a post stalking Reitman and Khan?
I'm not saying you're wrong, but don't you see the irony here?
And your blog would be a lot more user friendly if you got rid of that lightning picture. I have a fast computer, but that lightning picture makes your page scroll in a jerky fashion.

Thanks for the feedback, but I disagree with your application of stalking in this case. The information I posted above is all public information. I didn't have to walk into anybody's yard to get it. My detractors on the other hand, have been content to tag my garage, egg my house, and walk into my yard and take close up photographs.
In the final analysis, I can easily conclude that commenting on Reitman, Khan, or anybody else isn't stalking; especially considering that everything I'm doing is completely legal.
I vote for Keith Reitman, because I think that his cyber-slumville of troll identities should count toward his total slumminess index. Also, his human trolling activities of hanging around legitimate NoMi events and glomming on to newcomers in a creepy Peter Lorre fashion should count for something as well.
Funny how you have a contest about picking which minority landlord is the slummier. Seems John Hoff is pleased you're picking on Jews. I really didn't think you were racist until now.

I love it when you guys flap your traps like this. It's comically hilarious to me that you're under the impression that "John Hoff" is some sort of masonic leader that dispenses marching orders to people that share his values on revitalization.
The next piece that's obvious, yet not so interesting is that you're pulling cards again. I don't give a rat's ass what somebody's race, religion, gender, orientation, or affiliation is; if you're conducting yourself in a manner that promotes thuggery then you deserved to be called out. It's just that simple. As a matter of fact, me and other people have pointed out that you race card throwing poverty pimps rely so heavily on that argumentation methodology is because you have NOTHING substantive to refute my comments with.
Now, if you guys can start communicating in a manner that actually has a logical argument based on facts, instead of banging the race card away with your prehensile paws, then somebody might actually listen to you.

Funny, I don't recall anyone bringing up Reitman's or Khan's race or religion except for you and other anonymous commenters, yet you blame Eric?
Sidebar - somebody should really paste the cached version of that anti-Johnny post where the writer accuses John Hoff of kidnapping Jim Watkins. Talk about defamation!

To anonameass 10:20.They say you should not argue with the ignorant and uneducated of society so i won't argue with you because you have both covered....along with your eyes obviously.I did not realize being jewish meant you were part of a paticular race.That would be your ignorance showing it's shiny ass.My guess is that would be anti-semitism and you are proudly telling us that eighth grade was the best three years of your life since you do not know the frikkin difference between the two. For you to even try to hint that these guys and gals are racist is a fucking joke and whoever your fake ass is i guarantee the joke is on you.I am wondering out loud if reitman and rickmyer are twins and somehow became seperated while in the afterbirth mix and they reunited to write that comment.
Boy ...This is a though call.
Khan has obviously left a bigger footprint both in Minneapolis and other States. But Reitman had the kahunas to actually try and get involved in shaping public policy in the community that he was desecrating.
I say we lock them up together in one of their Rat holes and see which one survives. The survivor would be the obvious choice for biggest slumlord.
